The firm was founded by CA J. Vimal Antony Lal in 2015 who is also an Associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). He brings in vast and rich experience from various Industries he worked for in his decade long career including Audit, Consulting, MNC Manufacturing, ITES & Payment Industries.

He specializes in Audit, Foreign Investment Advisory, RBI compliance, International taxation for companies, individuals etc… He is also involved in MIS and Business Plans assignment for various entities.

CA V. Yuvamoorthy is an Associate of VA & Associates who has around 8 years experience  in  Audit firm  and  various  Industries  ranging  from  Banking,  Automobile, Manufacturing Industries. He specializes in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Statutory Registrations and Compliance etc…

CA Krishna Rani is an Associate of VA & Associates who is based in Bangalore and has around 5 years experience in own practice for various clients   ranging from various industries and Banking companies. She is also a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants of USA. She specializes in US GAAP accounting, TDS, Service Tax etc… She also handles the outsourcing wing of VA & Associates for conversion of US GAAP into IGAAP for various corporates.

CS  Francis, is  an associate of  VA  &  Associates. He is  an Associate member of  The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He specializes in Company Incorporation, All kinds of ROC filings, Company Law & Secretarial compliance. Due diligence etc… He is a practicing company secretary for about 7 years and also is an associate with a leading Company Secretary firm in Chennai.
